We are responsible for preparing and directing the coordination of structural, MEP's, T24, other engineering, construction documents/plans and obtaining all approvals and building permits for our client's projects from the current City or County agency. This includes any applicable corrections required by the different agencies. We conduct meetings with associates in discussion to project size, use of space(s) and probable construction cost. 

 

Our consultants vary from geologists for soil reports, land surveyors, civil, structural to mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
