We submit all finalized plans, applications, and documents to the various agencies and discuss the project's scope of work with personnel officials in regards to obtaining building approvals.

 

Plan Check Revisions:

Any project that is in plan check that requires any revisions will be addressed with first priority. Our main goal and commitment to our client is to get it through the plan check as quickly as possible.

PDC Plan Check Submittals:

With the various City, County, and State-building requirements, Studio 2436 has developed a process to expedite the approval process through early submittals, multiple submittals, and strategic partnering with other entitlement and expediting professionals.
